Tuesday-Saturday, 9 a.m.-5 p.m
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM US
- Place your furniture selection where you want it.
- Assemble and install all items being delivered (except item KD, lamps, etc., though special arrangements can be made*).
- Provide a final inspection of your furniture after installation.
SCHEDULING
- We will call you the day right before your delivery to notify and confirm the time slot that we have scheduled for you.
- Delivery times are selected and scheduled to include the total routing for the delivery date you selected, therefore we cannot give you a specific delivery time.
- We select and provide you with an estimated 3-hour delivery time window.
- If you made a request for a specific delivery time, we will do our best to arrange delivery for that time.
- If you do need to know a more exact time, please ask for out Call Ahead Service. We will then call you when our truck is at the stop before yours.
WHAT YOU NEED TO DO BEFORE DELIVERY
- Have someone present at your delivery location to accept your delivery.
- Inspect your delivery thoroughly to insure it meets your satisfaction.
- Promptly notify us of any problems that you may encounter with your delivery.
- Please have all C.O.D payments ready for the delivery.
- Have room cleared of furniture or merchandise.
- Remove all wall décor and loose rugs from any hall or stairway that will be used during delivery. This will help to avoid accidents.
- Check that the phone numbers(s) you gave us is correct so that we can reach you.
DELIVERY CANCELLATIONS
- Please understand that deliveries are prepared and loaded onto the truck 48 hours before your chosen delivery date.
- If you should need to cancel or reschedule your delivery, you need to notify us 48 hours before your scheduled delivery date and time.
- If 48-hour notice advance notice is not provided, you will be charged with a rescheduling fee of $25.00 per cancellation or rescheduled date.
SPECIAL SERVICES*
- We provide a special assembly service for knock down furniture, floor lamps, etc. Call store for the rates.
- Should your merchandise not fit, you can discuss with you shipping department adjustments that enable your furniture to fit. Any such adjustments will be at your own expense
